Eligibility and selection
Bursaries are available to
students and researchers currently affiliated with institutions in countries classified by the World Bank classification as lower-middle or low-income economies.
Awards will be granted based on:
- Paper Quality: High marks from the conference review process.
- Submission Order: Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Financial Need: As justified in the application.
The final number of awards is subject to the volume of deserving applications and available conference funding. All applications will be reviewed by a dedicated selection committee.
Award Details
- Requirements: Recipients must attend in person to present their paper at Toulouse Capitole University, July 6–10, 2026.
- Amount: Each recipient will receive a minimum refund of 600 Euros following the conference. The final amount may be adjusted based on the recipient's geographical location.
- Recognition: Recipients will receive an official bursary certificate during the closing ceremony.
- Publication: Papers associated with a bursary remain eligible for publication in partner journals or Procedia (Elsevier), subject to standard review procedures.
Application Requirements
Please submit the following documents via the application below no later than
March 30, 2026:
- Cover Letter (max 500 words): Must include the Paper ID, a justification of why the work merits the award, the reasons for seeking financial support, and a statement confirming adherence to the award terms.
- Institutional Proof: A certificate of employment or a bona fide student certificate, including a brief justification for financial support.
- Identification: A copy of a valid photo ID.
